Initial intake appointments are made by each individual therapist.
Appointments are given only after:
- You have spoken with the assigned therapist
- Your insurance has been verified
- You have completed the patient portal information completely
Start the process by verifying insurance. You can do this by:

- Selecting the “Verify Insurance” button below
