I am a Mental Health Counselor (MHC-LP) with experience working with adults and adolescents.  I provide individual therapy for adults who may be going through difficult transitions in their lives as well as those who feel they would like to work on mental wellness as a whole.

My work focuses on themes such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and adjustment issues connected to life or role changes.  I am skilled in teaching coping skills, communication skills, and mindfulness techniques.

I tailor my sessions to meet the individual needs of my clients.  I utilize the strengths each client owns in the therapeutic process.  Activities such as meditation and journaling and bibliotherapy may be introduced, in order to help bring awareness and balance in your life. There is no one type of therapy, and I believe that your experience should be as unique as you are.

My hope is that my clients will learn and utilize skills that would assist them with leading healthy, productive lives.
