We know this is a question many of you ponder before scheduling an appointment with us. Our warm and friendly therapists and staff at Broadhollow believe in the importance of making you feel comfortable. That is why we believe in taking the time to go over some of your concerns and worries.

OUR PAPERLESS APPLICATION PROCESS:

You can verify your insurance by TEXTING 631-815-7990 or using the link on this website.

Once your insurance is verified, we will ask for your insurance card and valid ID.  

You will then receive an invitation to our patient portal where you will add your demographic information, personal history and sign important documents.  This is a LENGHTY process. Please give yourself the time to complete it in its entirety.

During your initial visit, we will review your paperwork and discuss any concerns/questions you may have.  We will explore what brought you to Broadhollow.  Our goal is to completely understand your history, background, concerns, worries, etc. Our intake questions allow us to come up with treatment goals to work on together for our following sessions. Open and honest communication is crucial during this process. We are here to meet your needs and provide you with the best care possible.
